The GIMP

I have three pieces of exciting scrap related news!

One, I was accepted to Flutter Expressions CT team. Katherine, the mastermind behind Flutter Expressions is a talented new designer selling at Been There Scrapped That. I've already been quite busy creating some layouts for her!

Since my life is still infinitesimally boring, I bring you more scrapbooking!

I finally figured out this week why The GIMP kept crashing. I knew all along that it had something to do with memory, but I couldn't quite put my figure on what... All I knew was that when I was running out of available memory, 90% of the time The GIMP would not handle it gracefully. My computer would lock up or The GIMP would just randomly quit.

Don't ask how I managed to get three scrapbooking layouts done today among all the other random stuff that I did today... but I guess I was inspired... and The GIMP only crashed once! Yay!

These were all made for challenges at Elemental Scraps.

For the It's Elementary Dear Scrapper challenge:

Among other things, I've spent part of this weekend tinkering with The GIMP, and in the process managed to come up with two scrapbook layouts.

One of Claire and Wyatt for the May technique challenge at GoDigitalScrapbooking which was to use a page template that was inspired to look like a quilt.
