And the GIMP only crashed once!

Don't ask how I managed to get three scrapbooking layouts done today among all the other random stuff that I did today... but I guess I was inspired... and The GIMP only crashed once! Yay!

These were all made for challenges at Elemental Scraps.

This Weekend in Craftiness

In honor of Matt's 29th birthday which is next weekend, we decided to upgrade our camera. We now are the proud owners of a Canon Rebel XTi... It takes pretty snazzy photos.

We also hosted the second NH Ubuntu LoCo meeting this weekend, which gave me lots of time to spend knitting and spinning. I completed a two socks, and spun up a single... and I also finished up somedigital scrapbook layouts on this weekend. Creative things abound!

The Great GIMP Experiment

Among other things, I've spent part of this weekend tinkering with The GIMP, and in the process managed to come up with two scrapbook layouts.

One of Claire and Wyatt for the May technique challenge at GoDigitalScrapbooking which was to use a page template that was inspired to look like a quilt.

The Willa & Wyatt Pages

These are the scrapbook pages I've done with pictures of cousins Willa and Wyatt on our trips to visit them.

The Addie Pages

Because I really haven't done much in the way of posting my scrapbook pages, I figured I'd take some time out tonight to do that... Because they're just kinda fun and all.

To note, when I first started digital scrapbooking I didn't always keep the best record of where I got papers and elements from, so there are some with unidentified stuff in them. I apologize, I'm trying to do better... so if any of the scrapbook folk out there know where things came from when I don't please speak up so I can credit people properly.

These pages are of photos of my niece, Addison.
