Back In The Saddle Again
Being Tuesday, I had to get up this morning and take Matt to work, so when I got home, I decided to do my morning FlyLady routine. I'm back in the saddle again!
I found an interesting exercise website last night, Train With Me Online, so I decided to try out one of their routines... I didn't do so well, the way the one I did was set up was there was a circuit of 4 exercises to repeat 2-3 times, and then there was a second circuit with a repeat of 2-3 times. My original thought was I was going to do two of each circuit, but I ended up only doing 2 of the first. I tried to start the second circuit, but the first exercise I just couldn't seem to make my body do... and by that time I was starving and exhausted. I need to figure out what to do about eating and exercising. I was always an afternoon exerciser as a kid, so I'd always had lunch before I did anything... this getting up and exercising in the morning is confusing because I'm not sure whether I should eat before or after... or a little before and a little after. Does anyone know what you're supposed to do?
I've got a handful of things I'd like to get accomplished today...
- Take paycheck to bank.
- Make meal plan.
- Go to grocery store.
- Pay bills.
- Straighten up the living room.
